STEM Studio Health and Safety Guidelines
We are a small business run by caring, experienced staff dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment.
Maximum enrollment is capped at 15 children per day to ensure individualized attention.
We always have at least two teachers present; when enrollment exceeds 10 children, a third teacher is added to maximize supervision and safety.
Direct iPhone contact is maintained between the studio and parents at all times for quick communication.
Parents are notified immediately if any accident or incident occurs.
Daily check-ins are conducted at the end of each day to discuss your child’s progress and any events needing further discussion.
Our doors are securely locked during operating hours; entry is only possible when admitted by staff.
For the safety and focus of our students, tours are not conducted during school hours.
We enforce a strict no-sickness policy to protect all children and staff, including exclusion for fever, thick green nasal discharge, severe coughs, and other contagious symptoms.
Handwashing and sanitizing procedures are followed rigorously throughout the day.
Toys and materials are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
There will always be at least one staff member present in the classroom who holds up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification.
We require up-to-date emergency contact and medical information for all enrolled children.
